* We do not deliver to any remote locations that are not covered by our partners. Delivery to certain remote or inaccessible locations require a surcharge to be paid. If in case the delivery location listed by you lies within these areas, we will inform you beforehand about the same.

* Orders below ₹499 will incur a shipping fee within India.

* Orders above ₹499 are eligible for free Shipping for India.

* Refund Policy for Apparel :There is return policy for Apparel only ( return if you are not satisfied ) ,we will refund the purchase amount. We will not refund Shipping charge , if any.. Also we exchange the damaged products with the same design. If same design is unavailable then only we will refund the purchase amount.

* We will not accept replacement of the damaged product / return after 48 Hours of delivery. Please make an uncut, unedited, complete video of the parcel opening and send the same video to +91 8368674773 within 48 hours of delivery.

* Refund Policy for Jewelry : There is no return policy for Jewelry , we replace only damaged products with the same design. If same design is unavailable then only we will refund the purchase amount.We will not refund Shipping charge , if any..

How to Raise a Return Request OR Replacement Request for Damaged Products.
  • Raise a replacement request / return request within 48 hrs from the date of delivery at email : trove075@gamil.com / contactus@onlinetrovehub.com. Mention the reason for return or exchange.

  • Please make an uncut, unedited, complete video of the parcel opening and send the same video to +91 8368674773 within 48 hours of delivery. ( if Damaged Products received )

  • Allow us 48 hours to review your replacement request.

  • In case our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative.

  • We will replace your product as soon as possible , depending on the stock availability else we will refund..

We will not be able to return / replace / your products in following case. (for all Products)
  • Opened / used /altered product.

  • Original packaging missing. ( Labels / invoice / packaging etc.)

  • Request generated after 2 days of delivery.

  • We will not Replace any product without uncut parcel opening video
